We are seeking an experienced Trade Compliance Manager to oversee export and import compliance for two manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the Division Compliance Manager, this role ensures compliance with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. Customs regulations while supporting efficient international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site trade compliance activities and ensure adherence to ITAR, EAR, and company policies.
• Review and approve export/import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, EEI, AWBs, export licenses, and license exceptions.
• Maintain export licenses and compliance records.
• Conduct internal audits, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver employee training on trade compliance.
• Partner with Logistics, Shipping, Legal, and Operations to support compliant international shipments.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with relevant experience considered.
• 5+ years of trade compliance experience with ITAR and EAR .
• Strong knowledge of export licensing, international shipping, and U.S. Customs regulations.
• Experience conducting compliance audits and employee training.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and trade compliance software.

Preferred: Experience with the U.S. Department of State, Department of Commerce, ACE, and automated trade compliance systems.
