Key Responsibilities Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students, providing guidance on therapeutic techniques and clinical best practices. Engage in clinical practice, delivering psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and community service organizations, to create integrated treatment plans. Take an active role in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring measurable outcomes for clients. Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in line with state regulations and ethical standards, fostering an organized case management system. Qualifications A Master’s degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
