Monday Friday, 4 x 10hr shifts 7:30 am 6 pm, Tuesdays off

Average 19 21 patients per day

Family practice clinic all ages, pediatrics through geriatrics

Experience in FQHC setting preferred

Women's health, family planning, reproductive health, and birth control prescribing required

2 years of NP experience required

Strong charting skills required 72-hour note closure, no admin time

Hospital privileges required
