Job Summary Senior Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing and executing all front‑of‑house functions according to P.F. Chang’s procedures and under direction of the Operating Partner. The role leads front‑of‑house management. Job Responsibilities Supervise and facilitate training of all Hospitality Team Members. Articulate clearly to Team Members, management, and guests. Develop schedules for all Hospitality Team members. Hold pre‑shift meetings for daily focus and direction. Hold staff accountable for dress code standards. Ensure compliance with state safety and sanitation guidelines. Support inventory execution. Manage controllable expenses for area of responsibility. Assign and complete side work appropriately. Manage check‑outs for all Hospitality staff. Maintain clean and safe environment for Team Members and guests. Handle Guest Service issues professionally and compassionately. Live the company message and inspire others. Stand and walk for 8‑10 hours per shift. Reach, bend, balance, and transport objects up to 30 lbs; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Operate kitchen equipment (wok, mixer, slicer, buffalo chopper) and use knives safely. Job Requirements 3+ years of restaurant management experience. Valid driver’s license to perform occasional duties (shift coverage, liquor license compliance, delivery, training, meetings). Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Experience mentoring and training hourly team members. Strong communication skills for conflict resolution and direction. Preferred Qualifications Experience in casual or upscale dining.
