Description:
- Performs Mammography Imaging procedures on all types of patients, while assuring image quality
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Conduct imaging in accordance with established protocols and quality standards
- Performs diagnostic testing and quality control on equipment and general maintenance
- Completes other duties and projects as assigned
- Current BLS Certificate preferred (either American Red Cross or AHA)
- Graduation from an AMA approved School of Radiology Technology
- Current NYS license Registered Radiological Technologist in Diagnostic Radiography
- Current Certification in (MQSA) Mammography required. (One year minimum experienced preferred)
- Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as basic knowledge of PACS
- Current NYS DOH Intravenous Contrast Administration Certificate preferred
