Physical Therapist - Home Health (Lake County)

Description Reliable Home Care Providers, Inc. is currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team in a part-time, field-based capacity. This opportunity is well-suited for a clinician looking to build their patient load gradually while maintaining flexibility over their own schedule. The position involves providing one-on-one, skilled therapy in the comfort of the patient’s home.
