Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a leader in the mental health field, guiding and supporting case management staff, clients, and their families through effective communication and advocacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical expertise will be focused on a diverse patient population that includes individuals struggling with mental health disorders, addiction issues, trauma, and other co-occurring disorders. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, providing culturally competent care while effectively addressing sensitive topics such as homelessness and PTSD.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active and current licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California.
\n
• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling with demonstrated success in crisis intervention.

• In-depth understanding of addiction services and their intricacies within psychotherapy.

• Strong ability to navigate co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care modalities.

• Respectful attitude towards clients, colleagues, and staff members, showing empathy and understanding in all professional interactions.
