Job Title: Process Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85085

Work Schedule: Onsite

Contract Length: 24 Months

Pay : 35- 38 per hr on W2

Position Summary

Seeking an Intermediate Process Analyst to evaluate business processes, analyze complex data, and develop strategies to improve business performance.

The Process Analyst will determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to support organizational and customer information needs. This role involves process audits, data analysis, reporting, SharePoint governance, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess business processes and develop plans to improve business performance.
• Gather, analyze, and maintain data to support business and financial planning.
• Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs.
• Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs.
• Communicate complex data in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• Identify user needs from requests and develop strategies to address those needs.
• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly communicate the quality of final analyses.
• Conduct process audit reviews, including claim transfer audits.
• Maintain and edit content using SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
• Support SharePoint site governance.
• Provide third-party vendor support and team administrative support.
• Assist with future process auditing and database administration.
