Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing to enhance clients’ mental health.

• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to express their emotions and experiences, fostering greater self-awareness and understanding of their relationships.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying therapeutic goals and strategizing pathways to achieve them.

• Assess clients’ mental health status, devising and implementing personalized treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach grounded in clinical best practices.

• Maintain minimal paperwork, focusing on direct client interaction while our administrative team handles the routine documentation processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• LMTF license issued by a state board; please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to perform professional evaluations and make informed decisions regarding treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for building client relationships.

• Proficiency in technology, ensuring effective use of virtual counseling tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years practicing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a track record of successfully managing client relationships.
