Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify individual treatment objectives and requirements, allowing for personalized care plans.
• Manage a caseload of up to one patient per hour, ensuring high-quality and focused treatment sessions.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and evidence-based methodologies to enhance patient mobility and strength.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment programs aimed at recovering patients' functional capabilities and achieving optimal results.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimum patient care and monitor progress regularly.
• Document detailed patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Engage in professional development activities to stay current with physical therapy trends and innovations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering physical therapy services, preferably in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Unblemished professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proven proficiency in utilizing manual therapy techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

While 2 years of experience in physical therapy is required, candidates with experience in a rehabilitation center and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be highly regarded. Additional training in specialized therapy techniques is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
