Real Estate Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative assistant in our Long Island Office. Responsibilities General office duties -copies, mailing, filing, scanning Accurately type/proofread letters Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Perform Data Entry tasks and create/print reports Handle requests for information and data Daily data entry Assist and support Management Supervisors Create and maintain documentation for all routinely performed tasks. Answering/routing phone calls and taking messages in a professional manner Processing Purchase Orders Collaboration with property managers to ensure timely project completion. Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed and when requested. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Admin experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Excellent Administrative, Organizational and Communication skills Ability to multitask and excellent follow up skills Must be detail oriented Yardi Experience required Work Remotely No Work Hours 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay $54,600.00 per year Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
