Responsibilities The IT Support Engineer I will enjoy an environment of team players, mentorship, and analytical problem solving. They will provide exceptional client experience as the first interaction for Velo clients, troubleshoot quick fixes, communicate via phone, email, and messaging, support client IT infrastructure, and work with Senior Engineers to grow skills. Responsibility details include: Providing exceptional client experience as the first interaction a client has when they reach out to Velo for assistance Troubleshooting quick fix issues with client including user access, network, and application support Communicating with clients via phone, email, and messaging to resolve requests Supporting client IT infrastructure by responding to alerts and alarms to manage the IT environment proactively Working with Senior Engineers to advance knowledge, skillset, and capabilities Providing white‑glove onsite client support for issues that require hands‑on resolution, delivery of equipment, and new user orientations Support Engineer I: Escalating issues to Senior Engineers when necessary for timely resolution Support Engineer II: Assisting and mentoring early career Engineers and helping them develop their skillsets, problem solving, and career development Position Overview Highlights: Problem‑Solver, Customer Service Expert, High‑Performance Team, Structured Approach to Work, Detail Oriented Execution Culture: The organization is driven by servant leadership principles that produce the highest levels of peer accountability and organizational performance, all while having fun at work!
