Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Fabricator openings in North Branch, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and passionate about hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.
Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $25.00
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: North Branch, MN

Key Responsibilities
- Self-inspect and evaluate the quality of products before forwarding to the next step
- Utilize a variety of tools to create asphalt maintenance equipment
- Keep work area clean and organized while following 5S guidelines
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of press brake setup and operations
- Training/experience in overhead crane and forklift use
- Ability to read blueprints
- Skilled in forklift and crane operations
- Strong mathematical problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify different materials (steel, aluminum, stainless)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., repetitious bending, and standing for extended periods
- Experience using Laser, Press Brake, Roller, Pipe/Tubing Bender, Lathe, Drill Press, Mill, Tank Header, Saw, and Hand Plasma
