Paladin Data Corporation seeks a driven, energetic self‑starter with prior sales experience to join our Mesa-based sales team. This entry‑level position is designed to groom you into a high‑performance Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on generating new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. Responsibilities Identify and research target accounts and key decision‑makers. Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels. Maintain consistent daily activity levels (calls, emails, touches). Engage inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and buying intent. Understand prospect needs, challenges, and decision‑making process. Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline). Schedule meetings for the sales team, accurately document activities and insights in CRM, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. Leverage team knowledge through communication and collaboration. Exceed goals for sales activities and qualified opportunities. Required Qualifications and Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of resilience and persistence. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
