Mellow Mushroom is a fun, cool, laid back, eclectic, full service pizza restaurant. 32 drafts, 60 bottles, craft cocktails and a great wine list. Inside and outside dinning and bar areas. As a Bartender, you ensure consistent drink quality by preparing orders quickly and in accordance with recipes and guidelines. You will also maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area in a fast paced environment. We do not want robots we want different types of people that can work together as a team. Flexible hours. A good dress code. Mellow t-shirts, jeans and tennis shoes.

Primary Responsibilities:
Make sure the guests are taken care of 100%!!! and don’t forget to have fun while doing it
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a full service bar
Knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktail preparation
Ability to stand on feet for an extended period of time
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with strong ability to interact with guests

Verbal communication skills, and accurate math and cash handling skills
