Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and it’s essential to approach each one with empathy and cultural competence, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Possession of active independent licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Virginia.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in therapy, including treatment planning and virtual care delivery.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in using telehealth tools and platforms, ensuring seamless therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with backgrounds in community mental health, crisis intervention, or specialized therapy modalities will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with tools such as EMR software aimed at mental health care, as well as experience in family or group therapy, can enhance your contributions to our team.
