Scheduling Manager

Manage schedules using Dayforce Software Support the scheduling email account Contact staff about picking up or changing their schedules Answer Direct Support Professional questions Troubleshoot scheduling issues Complete administrative tasks supporting the programs Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned Work Monday-Friday during typical daytime business hours, with 1-2 evenings per week Participate in a rotating on-call schedule during the week and weekends Requirements Experience working with computers, specifically Microsoft Office products Detail-oriented Analytical skills Great customer service skills Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong documentation skills Well-organized with good follow-through Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check Successful clearance of Motor Vehicle Background Check Acceptable driving record per Company Policy Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills while managing schedules and providing exceptional customer service.
