- Prepare food and work with servers ensuring customers are served a quality product
- Prep work: prep recipes and adequate amounts of food items to be served to customers
- Workstation cleanliness and organization
- Maintain food in accordance with ServSafe and health code regulations
- Prepare and plate food according to kitchen specifications
- Assist the servers in any way to help expedite the food in a quicker, more efficient manner
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by management
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous kitchen experience 2 Year Minimum
- Strong working knowledge of frying, grilling, sauting, and cold prep
- Serve Safe or Food Handlers Certification a plus
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
