Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a high-acuity ICU setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Monitor and document patient telemetry and rhythm strips independently.
• Administer medication and titrate drips including Epi, norepi, propofol, and others.
• Participate in unit staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with cardiovascular surgeries and trauma care preferred.
• Ability to manage high-acuity patients and complex equipment.
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
