A prestigious international law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join the team. Who You Are You have aBachelor’s Degreeand Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm Strong knowledge of Texas state and U.S. federal court procedures Proficient in LexisNexis, Westlaw, andiManage Skilled in eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Opus 2, andCaseMap Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Familiarity with trial presentation tools like Trial Director orOnCue, a plus! WhatYou’llDo Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial Manage case calendars and ensure deadlines are met Draft and prepare filings for Federal and State courts Organize, review, and produce documents for discovery Prepare charts, indices, and case summaries Assistwith deposition and meeting preparations Coordinate with external vendors for case-related needs Proofread and cite-check briefs and discovery documents Handle trial and arbitrationlogistics, including travel arrangements Mentor junior paralegals and legal assistants as needed What Success Looks Like You deliveraccurate,timelysupport for complex litigation matters Youmaintainorganized case files and meet all critical deadlines You collaborate effectively with attorneys and team members across offices You proactivelyidentifyand resolve issues before theyimpactcase progress Salary Range: $90,000 – 120,000 annually, based on experience Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
