FRONT DESK Salary Range: $14.00 To $14.50 Annually LOOKING FOR AUDIT/FRONT DESK Two days midnight to 8 am, two days 4p to midnight Checking in guests and handling guest requests Checking out guests when they are leaving Help with laundry Day shift will be responsible for breakfast Job brief We’re looking for a person for Front Desk to assist guests with their requests and other duties that relate to a front desk person. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies Reconcile end of shift Balance the cash drawer and log receipts Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts Requirements Good problem-solving skills The ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
