Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the PCU/IMC/Stepdown unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in the PCU/IMC/Stepdown unit, managing various medical conditions.
• Administer medications and titratable drips as required for patient care.
• Monitor telemetry and interpret cardiac rhythms in collaboration with monitor technicians.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility and unit policies, including COVID vaccine protocols.
• Participate in continuing education and unit-specific orientation activities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in West Virginia or eligible for licensure.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar care setting preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
