Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Prepare documents, reports, and basic data entry
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and inventory tracking
  • Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
  • Greet visitors and provide general office support
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree a plus)
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
