Production Line Associate

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Akron, OH

About the Position

We are seeking a dependable Production Line Associate for a full-time, first-shift opportunity in Akron. This position involves filling and packaging products, preparing drums for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe production area.

Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial environment where chemical odors may be present and temperatures can vary throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

Fill drums of various sizes with product.
Cap, box, label, and prepare finished products as needed.
Palletize drums and other products for shipment.
Clean and prepare drums to a like-new condition.
Use approved cleaning chemicals and follow proper handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Requirements

Dependable with a strong attendance record.
Comfortable working around strong chemical odors.
Willing and able to wear a face mask or other required PPE when needed.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures in a semi-temperature-controlled facility.
Able to perform physical production and packaging tasks throughout the shift.
Willing to complete a drug screen and background check.

Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.
