Patient Scheduling Representative (Entry-Level) *Job Summary*
*We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Scheduling Representative to support appointment scheduling and patient coordination activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate scheduling, timely documentation, and effective communication with patients and internal teams while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.*
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
* Follow and reinforce all scheduling policies and procedures.
* Communicate appointment details and relevant information to patients.
* Audit and/or complete electronic patient and case documentation in a timely manner.
* Maintain accuracy when entering and managing patient information.
* Work effectively under pressure and meet established deadlines.
* Communicate professionally with patients, peers, and leadership on a daily basis.
* Demonstrate a commitment to purpose, excellence, compassion, and teamwork in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of *2 years of recent call center experience*.
* Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to think quickly and respond professionally in fast-paced situations.
* Adaptable and willing to support different departments as business needs require.
* Strong empathy and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree.
Disqualifying
* Candidates whose primary experience is limited to CNA roles without relevant call center experience may not be considered.

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
