If you're over living out of a sleeper berth, eating truck stop food, and missing out on life at home, it's time to make a local move. We have an immediate opening for a dedicated local shuttle seat running straight out of the Pueblo Distribution Center. No endless weeks on the road or unpredictable miles, just show up, complete your daily turns, cash your daily rate, and sleep in your own bed every night.

Pay & Financial Package

• Weekly Average: Dependable $1,300 gross per week (~$67,600/year)
• ~$67,600 per year (supported by a stable daily/weekly salary structure)
• Pay Model: Stable daily/weekly salary structure, no worrying about random mileage fluctuations

The Work & Daily Loop

• Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight (Strictly local drop-and-hook or simple shuttle unloads, no throwing boxes)
• The Route: Intra-Colorado shuttle transport, averaging roughly 2 turns per day originating out of the Pueblo DC
• Driving Conditions: Comfort with changing local routes, seasonal winter mountain driving, and working through calendar holidays as needed

Shift, Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: 100% Home Daily, complete your dispatch and sleep in your own bed every single night
• Shift Flexibility: Open operational windows require flexibility to run both day and night turns based on terminal needs
• Weekly Cadence: Minimum of 5 days per week across a Monday through Sunday rolling schedule (weekend dispatch is standard)

Qualifications & Hiring Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card
• Hiring Boundary: Must reside within 40 miles of Pueblo, CO (Zip Code: 81001)
• Flexible Experience Tiers:
  • Trainee Tier: 0 months experience welcome! (Must hold a valid CDL-A)
  • Experienced Tier: 6+ months OTR in the last year, OR 12 months in the last 5 years (Local Class A experience is fully considered)
• Work History: Maximum of 4 driving jobs in the past 12 months
• Safety Record: Clean driving record with zero major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• Drug Screening: Must pass mandatory hair and urine drug analysis
