Bilingual Support Desk Specialist

What you’ll do

• Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal/external customers, dealerships, and vendors by phone and email.
• Call & Ticket Handling: Manage 30 to 50 calls daily with a focus on quick ticket creation, accurate documentation, and proper routing.
• Issue Resolution: Research accounts payable and invoice-related inquiries, communicate status updates, and resolve issues at the first point of contact.
• Escalations: Identify and promptly escalate critical or time-sensitive requests through appropriate channels.
• Rotating Coverage: Participate in mandatory rotating weekend coverage around month-end close (scheduled well in advance after full training).

What you need

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading and writing).
• Communication Skills: Professional written, verbal, and email communication abilities.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Equipment Requirements: Must have a personal desktop or laptop (Apple/Mac software compatible) and a dedicated, quiet home workspace free from primary caregiving duties during shift hours.
• Problem-Solving: Fundamental understanding of basic accounting principles and strong logical thinking.
