Development Coordinator

Providing essential administrative and coordination support, the full-time remote Development Coordinator will maintain accurate fundraising data, produce reports, and assist with proposal and grant administration for the Development team. Key responsibilities Maintain accurate donor and fundraising data in the CRM system and conduct routine data checks Produce monthly fundraising reports and maintain tracking spreadsheets and dashboards Support the preparation and submission of proposals and grants, and assist with donor communications and event logistics Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or similar role Experience with a CRM or information management system Proficient in spreadsheet management, including data organization and presentation Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across teams Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising or grant processes is a plus
