Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in an educational or clinical setting
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to supporting students
• Must pass background and reference checks

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct support and instruction to students in classrooms and one-on-one settings
• Collect and record data on behavior and skill acquisition
• Communicate regularly with supervising clinicians and educational staff regarding student progress
• Assist with crisis prevention and intervention as needed
• Adapt and modify interventions to best support student needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation according to school protocols
