Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$1593.65/week –

Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care in a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Deliver direct patient care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes.

• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.

• Educate patients and families about their health conditions and post-discharge care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license and current registration.

• Hold a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Medical Surgical setting.

• Obtain AHA BLS and NIH certifications; AHA ACLS preferred.

• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.

• Able to work varied shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

• Comply with all hospital and regulatory requirements.
