About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to take on a pivotal role in architecting and modernizing its revenue engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a complete revenue architecture that aligns with the company's market position and product differentiation. This includes developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, leading the revenue team, and driving clear leadership in primary revenue motions. The CRO will also be tasked with direct sponsorship of key prospects and deals, as well as fostering cross-functional partnerships to ensure the revenue organization is effectively represented and aligned with the CEO and Board. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a proven track record in B2B SaaS revenue leadership, with a focus on running multiple concurrent go-to-market motions. The role requires a hands-on leader who can not only design and build the necessary structures for success but also actively engage in the revenue process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RevOps, SaaS unit economics, and a history of leading cultural and operating-model change. Experience in a VC-backed or investor-owned company, as well as a background in the electronic systems integration or AV industry, is preferred.
