Marketing Studies Intern

The Marketing, Customer Experience, and Institutional Relations Department is looking for a Marketing Studies Intern for a 24-month period as part of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.

Dive into the company’s strategic projects:

• Monitor and analyze key satisfaction barometers to inform internal teams and management decisions across Life (life insurance, retirement, and life insurance), Damages (auto, home), and Health.
• Create impactful analysis tools for various audiences: operational marketing, product marketing, customer service, support, and management.
• Participate in setting up ad hoc studies to address specific issues.
• Contribute to the creation of an intranet specific to the team.
• Support the digitalization of our processes and optimize our data collection and processing tools.
• Contribute to the dissemination of essential information on our market and competitors.

Your Work Environment

You will join the Marketing Studies and Competitive Intelligence team within the Marketing and Institutional Relations Department.

You will work with the team’s study managers and intelligence officers as needed for projects. Here, collaboration and curiosity are at the heart of success.

Are You the Right Person for This Challenge?

You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a specialization in marketing, studies, or data.

Comfortable with numbers, you enjoy analyzing, interpreting, and synthesizing data. Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Knowledge of the insurance market and experience with survey or customer experience management software is a plus.

Rigorous, curious, and detail-oriented, you combine writing and synthesis skills with a collaborative spirit, dynamism, and good interpersonal skills.

Previous experience, whether from a stage, project, or first internship, is an appreciated asset.

Duration: 24-month internship

Start Date: End of August to early September 2026
