Travel Specialist III

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Travel Specialist III to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Special Projects Office (SPO), in Arlington, VA. The Travel Specialist III will provide travel coordination, administrative, and operational support for Government personnel supporting DARPA initiatives and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for Government personnel
• Prepare travel authorizations, travel vouchers, and supporting documentation using the Defense Travel System (DTS)
• Track travel budgets, expenditures, and travel-related documentation
• Coordinate travel logistics, itineraries, and supporting operational requirements
• Support travel-related reporting, administrative activities, and documentation management
• Coordinate with leadership, travelers, and stakeholders regarding travel schedules and requirements
• Maintain organized travel records and documentation across classified and unclassified environments
• Support short-notice travel requirements and rapidly changing operational priorities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience
• Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance required
• Experience coordinating Government or DoD travel activities
• Experience utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS)
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines within fast-paced operational environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work within classified and unclassified environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous DARPA, DoD HQ, or executive support experience
• Experience coordinating international travel within Government environments
• Experience supporting executive-level personnel
