Customer Service Representative

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time remote Call Loop Representative I will manage inbound inquiries, process orders and returns, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring timely communication with various departments. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls from dealers and sales representatives to assist with inquiries and resolve issues Process orders, returns, modifications, and credit/debit memos for customers Communicate effectively with in-house departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of wholesale orders Required qualifications One or more years of experience in customer contact handling preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Applications Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Comfort with technology as a resource for problem-solving
