This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide care and support from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a work-life balance. The standard operating hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, meaning you will have evenings and weekends free to unwind and recharge. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that reflect current trends in behavioral health.

• Collaborate as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, working in partnership with primary care providers to deliver holistic and coordinated care.

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients, employing crisis intervention techniques when necessary to support individuals in distress.

• Screen patients for substance abuse, including prescription drugs, illicit drugs, and alcohol, guiding them towards appropriate treatment or referrals based on their needs.

• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and treatment progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all mental health policies and regulations.

• Facilitate referrals for patients requiring higher levels of care, including inpatient services or specialized programs outside of our organization, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will encompass a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. This may include individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders, as well as families navigating complex dynamics. You will work closely with clients to empower them to achieve meaningful progress towards their goals while fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution, paired with a valid LCSW license.

Preferred Experience\n
