At Chick-fil-A, the role of team member is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Team members are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and ensuring all guests receive Chick-fil-A's signature service and food. Customer service team members will also receive cross-training in the back of the house and/or delivery drivers as needed.

Responsibilities of customer service team members:

• Smile

• Perform multiple tasks quickly but thoroughly

• Other duties assigned, including delivery drivers and back-of-house tasks
