Position Requirements - Reception
- Offer friendly and efficient customer service demonstrating honor, dignity, and respect in all interactions with guests
- Dominate a specific area of the restaurant, which might include but is not limited to:
- Receiving guest orders
- Operate a cash register and receive payment from guests in cash, credit card, or digital format
- Accurately count U.S. currency and provide change to customers as needed
- Offer a high level of hospitality to each guest
- Prepare and deliver guest orders
- Clean and restock counters, condiment stations, and restrooms
- Follow food safety and cleaning guidelines
- Work efficiently
- Able to stand for several hours at a time
- Lift objects up to 20 pounds as needed
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for long periods, with safety being our top priority
