Paralegal - Legal Operations (Remote)

Learn more at We are looking for a self‑starter with at least 5–7 years of paralegal experience who thrives in a fast‑moving, international environment. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and hands‑on experience supporting commercial contract workflows. Paralegal certification or completion of an ABA‑approved program is required. Key Responsibilities Review, organize, and track commercial contracts through the full lifecycle, including intake, redline coordination, execution, and storage. Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and summaries for internal stakeholders and outside counsel. Assist with due diligence, research, and documentation for corporate transactions and compliance initiatives. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Operations, to move contracts through internal approval processes. Support employment, privacy, and regulatory compliance matters as directed by counsel. Qualifications Candidates must be comfortable working independently across time zones and managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.
