Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Driving revenue growth within a dedicated portfolio of high-potential enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Senior Enterprise Account Executive will focus on strategic upsell, cross-sell, and solution adoption while building long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders in the AEC sector. Key responsibilities Owns the growth strategy for a select portfolio of high-potential AEC accounts, executing plans to maximize annual recurring revenue (ARR) Cultivates relationships with senior-level stakeholders, aligning Chaos solutions with their business objectives and strategic vision Leads negotiations and closes complex, multi-year expansion deals while managing a robust sales pipeline for accurate revenue forecasting Required qualifications At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management within the AEC sector or a related technology environment Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments Deep familiarity with AEC workflows and digital design technologies, including BIM and SaaS licensing models Experience negotiating and closing complex, multi-year enterprise contracts with executive-level business cases Fluency in English is required
