Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please verify during application)
• Salary Range: $280,000 - $360,000 annually, based on experience and internal equity

What You'll Do

• Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
• Manage gynecologic consults referred from primary care providers and midwives
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures and minimally invasive surgeries
• Conduct uncomplicated deliveries with backup support from colleagues
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurse midwives, NPs, and nurses
• Participate in scheduled surgical cases utilizing three new operating rooms
• Support a birth center offering VBACs, water births, and 24-hour epidural services
• Engage in evidence-based practices aligned with Vermont's protective reproductive rights
• Be part of a stable, low-turnover practice with excellent community reputation

What You Need

• Required:
  • Vermont Medical License or eligibility
  • Board Certification/Eligibility in OB/GYN
  • Minimum of X years of clinical experience (preferred)
  • Strong surgical and clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
• Preferred:
  • Experience with minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
