Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy and other mental health services to individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to determine their mental health status.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of each patient.

• Adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation and feedback from patients and interdisciplinary team members.

• Provide education and support to both patients and their families, sharing information on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless and coordinated care for patients.

• Strictly adhere to ethical and professional standards, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring informed consent from all patients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from a duly accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
