Summary Technical phone support and Warranty processes Essential Functions Technical phone support /interaction with customers and service technicians resolving issues/repairs as being reported Assisting customer, sales and technicians with various of question on parts / equipment Processing warranty claims and warranty orders / working with planers and logistic Researching part numbers, drawings, BOM ETC within the system Reporting quality or production issues. Testing or inspection of parts / equipment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High mechanical and technical ability Knowledge and understanding of beverage systems and equipment and concepts to troubleshooting equipment Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration operation Excellent communication/phone skills Ability to work under pressure and dealing with irate customers/ agents Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-starter General knowledge of computers, excel, word, access ETC.. Education and Experience High school diploma required / technical school / collage helpful 3 plus years of field technical experience /working within the beverage industry preferred General Computer knowledge Lancer Worldwide is unable to sponsor applicants for employment-based visas for this position.
