Supplier Development ManagerAirbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supplier Development Manager to join our Procurement department. You will be part of a team developing supplier activities and you will be involved in securing aircraft deliveries on-time, with perfect quality. We would prefer to have a candidate in Atlanta, Washington, D.C., or Charlotte, NC, but minimally, this person needs to be based near a major (midwest to eastern) airport hub such as: Atlanta, Chicago, Charlotte, D.C., NYC, or Philadelphia.Airbus is an international pioneer in the aerospace industry. Our team members ensure on-time delivery and on-quality of equipment and systems, drawing on their expertise in Industrial, Operations & Quality Management, and strong relationship building skills to problem-solve and proactively mitigate supply chain issues.This position is mission-based and you will travel weekly to Airbus suppliers & their subtiers. The missions range from short-term (a fewdays conducting an assessment) to long-term (months spent solving complex supply chain or quality management issues). Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on geographic differential. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
