Customer Solutions Engineer - Axle

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines that ingest, transform, and expose insurance data for AI‑driven underwriting and claims processing. Implement and support RESTful APIs and webhooks to enable seamless integration between client systems and the clearinghouse platform. Collaborate with product, data science, and client teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring data quality and compliance. Deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, including Lambda, S3, and RDS, to guarantee high availability and scalability. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for customers during onboarding and ongoing usage, delivering best‑practice recommendations. Requirements 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in fintech or insurtech, with strong proficiency in Python and SQL. Hands‑on experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating third‑party services. Solid understanding of AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFormation) and infrastructure‑as‑code practices. Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and basic machine‑learning concepts applied to insurance data.
