Job Summary Medication Technician at Tarantino Properties Inc. Location: Austin, Texas, United States. Full‑time, 2nd shift 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Remote work available. Immediate start. Key Skills Vital signs monitoring Medication administration Bathing assistance Grooming Dressing assistance Transferring residents Skin care Dementia care Restorative nursing Patient assessment Emotional support Social support Documentation Responsibilities Takes and records vital signs, height, weight, fluid intake and output. Recognizes abnormal changes in body functioning and reports to supervisor. Assists with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other ADLs. Transfers, positions, turns residents and provides skin care. Contributes to resident assessment and the plan of care. Provides nursing rehabilitation/restorative nursing services. Cares for residents with dementia. Follows the schedule of resident needs set by supervisor. Provides emotional and social support. Promotes and protects resident rights, prevents abuse/neglect, avoids restraints, supports independent expression. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Medication Technician Certification. Previous experience working in a Senior Living Community. High school diploma or equivalent.
