Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Aubrey Thrasher represents banks, non-bank lenders, credit unions, equipment finance companies and other financial institutions in the collection of commercial and consumer debt. Aubrey Thrasher's attorneys file litigation and post-judgment actions directly in nine states and nationally through a network of law firms. The firm seeks a full-time Post-Judgment Legal Assistant for its growing practice to join the attorneys and other professionals in the collaborative environment of its Buckhead, Atlanta office. The firm offers training and development opportunities for enthusiastic new team members to grow with the firm Responsibilities Manage a large volume of files Review complaints, affidavits, motions, and other court filings Maintain client files and court documents via our case management system Communicate with clients, court staff, and local counsel Work directly with up to 4 in-house attorneys providing support and additional preparation for hearings Meet tight deadlines and follow cases from start to finish Qualifications 0-3 years of legal support or paralegal experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Location: Marietta, Georgia Salary: $22.00 an hour Benefits 401k with employer match medical insurance dental insurance vision insurance paid time off training and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr Aubrey Thrasher LLC
