This role acts as a key link between engineering, project management, customers, and manufacturing, ensuring designs are accurate, coordinated, and executable in real-world production and installation environments. This is not a purely desk-based design role, you will be involved in coordination, problem-solving, and supporting projects that move from design into fabrication and implementation. What You’ll Do Develop and coordinate Revit-based BIM models Create layouts, schematics, and detailed design documentation Coordinate across engineering, project management, and customers to resolve design challenges Support engineered-to-order project execution from design through build Incorporate design changes, field updates, and as-built information into models Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications Interface with manufacturing and shop teams to ensure design feasibility Participate in project coordination meetings and problem-solving discussions Maintain accurate version control of all design files and documentation What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in a BIM oriented role using REVIT Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required) Experience working with a consulting engineering firm, construction firm, or a contractor supporting commercial or industrial projects Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings and construction documents Experience coordinating MEP systems within a BIM environment Working knowledge of tools such as Navisworks or similar coordination software is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Ability to take general direction and translate it into accurate design deliverables What Makes This Opportunity Different Move beyond standard building design into power and electrical infrastructure projects Gain exposure to manufacturing and real-world system execution Work on custom, project-based engineering work rather than repetitive design Join a company with low turnover and strong internal growth opportunities Be part of a team where engineering work directly impacts finished systems Primarily office-based with exposure to manufacturing and shop floor environments Occasional interaction with active project sites or installations Collaborative, team-oriented engineering environment #J-18808-Ljbffr M-Works Search
