Strong written and verbal communication skills

Customer service or logistics experience preferred

Freight forwarding or air cargo experience preferred

Strong computer skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support air freight bookings
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Process shipping documentation and internal system updates
• Coordinate airport drop-offs and pickups
• Support inventory tracking and shipment follow-up
• Ensure timely and accurate freight delivery
