Job Description Pay: $225,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year plus commissions on settlements and verdicts. We are a well‑established, highly regarded personal injury and mass tort law firm located in Midtown Manhattan. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Manage a full caseload from intake through trial. Handle all aspects of litigation, including trials, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances. Develop case strategy, evaluate claims, and provide clients with exceptional representation. Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to deliver successful outcomes. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, with proven trial experience. Strong courtroom skills and the ability to independently run files. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Admission to practice law in New York. Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive base salary, commensurate with experience.
