Job Description

This practice is built for the way enterprise software actually gets made now: small senior pods, AI agents doing much of the build, and outcomes in weeks where traditional delivery approaches took months. We build digital products, AI agents, intelligent workflows and modernized platforms that help organizations operate differently across healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, energy and utilities, transportation and consumer industries. None of it is pilots or demos. The solutions we build run in production and solve problems that matter to our clients' businesses.

As a Product Strategist, you'll help clients identify which problems are worth solving and shape products that deliver measurable value. Working alongside AI Engineers and Data Engineers, you'll take opportunities from discovery through adoption, combining deep business understanding with a practical view of what technology can achieve. The person defining the product is also accountable for whether it gets used, which means you'll stay close to the outcome long after launch.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery. AI agents are changing how products are built, but they cannot decide what should be built in the first place. You'll work through ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and help clients move from broad ambitions to solutions that create lasting impact.

As part of the Digital Products & AI team, you can expect to:

• Lead discovery with clients to understand how work gets done, where value is being lost, and which opportunities are worth pursuing.
• Define product requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and success measures that guide delivery and enable measurable outcomes.
• Translate business challenges into products, AI-enabled solutions, and intelligent workflows that people will trust and adopt.
• Shape how AI capabilities are applied, including what should be automated, where human oversight is required, and how success should be evaluated.
• Drive adoption by aligning stakeholders, supporting change, and helping clients redesign processes where necessary to realize value.
• Create reusable approaches, assets, and industry insights that strengthen future engagements, with the strongest ideas becoming capabilities and offerings we take to market.

Qualifications

You have a track record of defining and delivering technology-enabled solutions that create measurable business outcomes. While our delivery model may be new to you, we'll bring you up to speed on how we plan, execute, and assure our work.

To be successful, you'll have:
Product and strategy foundations

• Experience in product management, product strategy, consulting, or a similar role focused on defining and delivering technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience leading discovery, shaping product direction, and translating complex business challenges into actionable plans.
• Experience building business cases, defining success measures, and demonstrating value realization.

Industry and AI understanding

• Deep expertise in at least one industry sector, with the ability to quickly establish credibility with both operational and executive stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled products, including agents, retrieval approaches, automation, and the opportunities and limitations of modern AI systems.
• Experience evaluating competing opportunities and making informed decisions about where technology can create the greatest impact.

Enterprise delivery

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technology solutions from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence decisions across multiple levels of an organization.
• Commercial judgment and the ability to balance business value, user needs, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints.

Ideally, you'll also bring:

• Experience delivering solutions within consulting, professional services, or a leadership role within your industry.
• Experience in healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, energy and utilities, transportation, or consumer industries.
• Experience with change management, operating model design, process transformation, or driving adoption of new technologies.
• Experience using data, analytics, AI tools, SQL, Python, or similar approaches to support decision-making and product strategy.

Additional Information

Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site
